As part of the implementation of the agreement on "cooperation in the fields of training, research, and technological development"—concluded on November 14, 2021, between Mr. Karim Hasni, Minister of Water Resources and Water Security, and Mr. Abdelbaki Benziane, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research—a group of students from the Pan-African Institute for Water, Energy and Climate Change (affiliated with the Abou Bekr Belkaïd University of Tlemcen) was recognized and honored today, August 25, 2022.
These students, who hail from various nations—including Sudan, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Eswatini—have completed a practical training program at the project sites of the company "Sugarwit," specifically at the wastewater treatment plant and the drinking water treatment plant.
